Coming Up

Our Message – Our Director

Kia ora CBS whanau,

We trust all is well and you are looking after yourself and whanau during the last few days of Alert Level Three. Despite a disruptive term, we are pleased with our distance learning programme across the school. We have seen our international students participate in a range of activities virtually, connecting with their peers and teachers. We want to thank Mrs Mashlan for connecting with our international students during the afternoon sessions too – building language through games, collaboration and discussion.  We are all looking forward to a return to the classroom next term, re-establishing and fostering relationships.  Until then following the announcement next Monday by the Prime Minister, Campbells Bay School will hopefully be open under alert level two from Monday 18 October.

All updates can be accessed via our school website. The procedures we are implementing are based on information received from the Secretary of Education and the Director of Public Health. Given the times we live in, things are subject to change, so we will notify you as soon as possible if there are any changes.

As a polite reminder

We have also organised a potential trip to Ambury Farm for Thursday, 25 November – dependent on alert level guidelines.  If you like to attend, please email me.
