2011 PTA family fun night: 11th March

On Friday 11 March the Campbells Bay School PTA held their annual family fun night. This year, all profits went to Christchurch schools to assist them after the devastating earthquake in February.

Held on a fine afternoon/early evening, the fair attracted thousands of supporters of the school who participated in a wide variety of activities, as well as viewing performances from each class on the various stages.

There were numerous food stalls, including a wonderful homemade cake stand; crafts and toys; sideshows & rides; raffles, lucky dip and auctions, as well as live music on the stage adding to the general ambience.

Christchurch schools benefited from the generous support of so many in our community. A total amount raised for Christchurch schools will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
