2010 year 4 beach day: 30th March

During the last week of Term 1, Team 4 went to Castor Bay beach for some team building activities. The beach day completed the unit on social skills and social awareness the team had focused on since the start of the year.

Children were challenged with a blindfold confidence walk, team problem solving, orienteering with a friend and a scavenger hunt for beach items. The children also made some sand sculptures on a sea theme. The design and build project created some fantastic artwork.

We were fortunate to have perfect weather shining on us for this fantastic day.
